Good to know

Will it send emails without me knowing?

Only if you switch automatic replies on, and then only to real email enquiries the AI rates warm or hot. Every message it sends appears in that customer's conversation, and you can switch it off at any time in Settings.

What if I reply to a customer myself in Gmail?

LDAB notices your reply, marks the lead "Handled outside LDAB" and stops replying in that conversation, so the customer never gets two answers.

Will it change my inbox?

Only emails LDAB treats as leads are marked as read and labelled. Everything else stays exactly as it arrived.

Does it work with my website?

Yes, any website with a contact form. Copy the ready-made form, or send your existing form to your personal LDAB address. Bots and repeat submissions are filtered out.

What about phone calls?

A voice agent that answers your business number and creates the lead for you is coming soon.
