Privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

LDAB helps small businesses answer customer enquiries quickly. To do that it reads the enquiries that reach your Gmail inbox and your website form, and helps you reply. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can remove it.

Who we are

LDAB (“LDAB”, “we”, “us”) is operated from Pakistan and available at ldabsquare.com. For anything about your data, write to privacy@ldabsquare.com.

What we collect

Account information

Your name, email address, business name and the login method you choose (email and password, or Google sign-in).

Gmail data (only if you connect Gmail)

When you connect Gmail, Google asks you to approve access. With that approval LDAB can:

  • Read incoming messages, to find genuine customer enquiries and ignore newsletters, receipts and other automated mail.
  • Send replies from your Gmail address, only as part of the reply features you use in LDAB.
  • Modify labels and read state on messages, so LDAB can mark what it has handled and file enquiries under a label.

We store the details of the enquiries LDAB identifies (sender, subject, message text, the conversation thread and our assessment of the lead) so you can see and manage them in your dashboard. We also store the access tokens Google gives us so LDAB can keep working without asking you to sign in again.

Website form submissions

If you add the LDAB form to your website, we store what visitors submit (for example name, email, phone and message). To limit spam, we keep a one-way hashed record of the submitter’s address and delete these records after 30 days.

Billing information

Payments are handled by our payment provider, Safepay. We receive confirmation of a payment, your plan and amounts. We never see or store your full card details.

Technical data

Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and error details, used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

  • To show you your enquiries, score them, and draft replies in your voice.
  • To send replies and organise your inbox when you ask LDAB to.
  • To run your account, take payment, keep the service secure, and fix problems.
  • To contact you about your account or important changes to the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your Gmail data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Google user data

LDAB’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In practice, that means:

  • We only use Gmail data to provide and improve the features you see in LDAB.
  • We do not allow people to read your emails, except where you ask us for support, where it is needed for security or to follow the law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised.
  • We do not use Gmail data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
  • We do not transfer Gmail data to anyone else except as described under “Who we share data with”, as needed to run LDAB.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of providers to run LDAB. Each receives only what it needs.

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): the text of an enquiry (and the context needed for a reply) is sent to Anthropic’s API so it can score the lead and draft a response. We do not allow it to be used to train models.
  • Supabase: our database and login provider, where your account and enquiries are stored.
  • Vercel: hosts the application.
  • Safepay: processes subscription payments.
  • Google: Gmail access and Google sign-in, as you authorise.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and service.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and enquiry data while your account is open. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it from our systems within 30 days, apart from anything we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Backups roll off on their normal schedule.

Your choices and rights

  • Stop LDAB’s access to Gmail any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. LDAB then cannot read or send email for you.
  • Access, correct or delete your data by emailing privacy@ldabsquare.com from your account address. We will confirm it is you, then act on it.
  • Close your account by emailing us. Closing it deletes the stored Gmail tokens and your enquiry data as described above.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections. Access to our systems is limited to what is needed to run the service, and our database enforces per-business access so one customer cannot see another’s data. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach affecting you we will tell you promptly.

Children

LDAB is built for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
